Terms and conditions of sale
1) GENERAL INFORMATION
The products on the website www.pezzaioli.com are offered for sale by CARROZZERIA PEZZAIOLI SRL, with registered and administrative offices in Via Primo Levi 6, 25018 Montichiari (BS), Italy, VAT number 00577830987 and Tax Code 00789470176.

2) REGISTRATION
In order to place orders, it is necessary to register on the website www.pezzaioli.com
Registration requires the customer to provide the main information relating to: personal details, privacy, personal contact details - including address and email address - and other useful information to allow them to successfully register, or, if consent is given, to send marketing material.
The customer must choose their personal identification data: username and password. The username and password will make it easier to access and use the online services of www.pezzaioli.com

3) ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
Orders can only be formalised after the customer has registered and after the online purchase procedure has been duly completed, which requires all the information to be provided that is necessary to process the order. For each order placed, an email confirming the order will be sent to the customer, to the email address provided during the registration process.
CARROZZERIA PEZZAIOLI SRL reserves the right to reject the order, both in the event that the order does not fulfil the prerequisites in terms of truthfulness and authenticity - for example, incomplete or inconsistent personal details of the customer or if the customer has clearly breached conditions for previous purchases on www.pezzaioli.com and if the goods are not available in the warehouse.
In any case, CARROZZERIA PEZZAIOLI SRL reserves the right to carry out checks into the authenticity and truthfulness of the order, and trusts that the customer will be willing to cooperate.

4) PRICES
The total price stated at the end of the purchase procedure shall be understood to include shipping costs and any additional sales taxes. Prices may also change for reasons that may or may not depend on CARROZZERIA PEZZAIOLI SRL. Without prejudice to the above, the product price will be the one indicated on the website www.pezzaioli.com at the time of placing the order.

6) PRODUCT WARRANTY
Product warranty conditions (without prejudice to consumers’ rights pursuant to articles 128 et seq. of Italian Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005, known as the "Consumer Code"), shall be valid from the date of delivery.

7) SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are fixed:
Euro 10.00 for shipments throughout the European Union
Shipping costs will not be charged for orders over Euro 50.00.
Customers can check the amount to be paid for shipping before confirming their purchase.

8) DELIVERY
Delivery in Italy and throughout the European Union.
CARROZZERIA PEZZAIOLI SRL undertakes to deliver the products ordered by the customer via express courier, to the address indicated by the customer when registering the order details, within 5 working days from payment in Italy, and within 10 working days from payment within the rest of the EU.
Any delays in deliveries cannot be attributed, and nor can they be attributable, to CARROZZERIA PEZZAIOLI SRL. CARROZZERIA PEZZAIOLI SRL can also not be held responsible, in any way, for damages caused by the express courier, in relation to late or missing deliveries, as the contract is considered to be concluded once the goods are delivered to said courier.
CARROZZERIA PEZZAIOLI SRL undertakes, however, to collect any reports of missing or delayed product deliveries through its dedicated customer service and, if necessary, to act as required by law. With regard to dealing with products damaged during transportation, the express courier who handled the delivery shall be held fully liable. We do not accept shipments to post office boxes. If the goods are not collected or are not delivered for a reason that is not attributable to CARROZZERIA PEZZAIOLI SRL or to the courier, then the shipping and return costs for the purchased products shall be payable by the customer. Transport costs are charged to the customer and correspond to a fixed fee for Italy and a fixed fee for European Union countries.  Failure to deliver the goods after a second attempt due to no one being present at the indicated address will result in a charge of € 8.00 for the re-delivery.

9) RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Customers can exercise their right of withdrawal by the mandatory deadline of 10 working days from the date when the purchased goods are received, pursuant to article 64 et seq. of Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/05, the so-called "Consumer Code". By the aforementioned deadline, a registered letter with return receipt must be sent to CARROZZERIA PEZZAIOLI SRL, Via Primo Levi 6, 25018 Montichiari (BS), Italy.
Upon exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer must return the product in question to CARROZZERIA PEZZAIOLI SRL, at their own expense and under their own responsibility, within 10 days from receiving the product. CARROZZERIA PEZZAIOLI SRL will process the reimbursement for the value of the goods purchased, after said goods are effectively returned to its warehouses, subject to checks into whether the returned products are intact. The product must be returned to the aforementioned address and all of its parts must be intact. In particular, returns are subject to the following requirements.
The right of withdrawal applies to the entire product purchased; it is not possible to only exercise the right of withdrawal for part of the product (e.g. accessories). In the event of an offer made up of several products combined, the entire package must be returned. The product purchased must be returned with all its parts intact and must be placed in the original packaging (including any accessory equipment). It is expressly stated, based on the provisions of art. 67, paragraph 3, of Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/05, that return costs shall be payable by the customer; the customer shall be fully responsible for the shipment, up until certification is provided that it has been duly received; if goods are damaged during transportation, CARROZZERIA PEZZAIOLI SRL shall inform the customer of what has happened in order to enable them to file a timely complaint with the courier; in this case, the product will be made available to the customer, cancelling the request for withdrawal.
Under no circumstances shall CARROZZERIA PEZZAIOLI SRL be held liable for damages or the theft/loss of goods returned with uninsured shipments. Upon arrival at the warehouse, the product will be inspected to check for any damage or tampering not caused during transportation. If the above requirements are met, CARROZZERIA PEZZAIOLI SRL will reimburse the customer for the amount already paid, as quickly as possible (by bank transfer or credit card reimbursement), after it has been checked that the returned product is intact. The right of withdrawal shall be completely lost if the essential condition of the product being intact (packaging and/or its contents) is not met, should CARROZZERIA PEZZAIOLI SRL ascertain: a lack of external packaging and/or original packaging; the absence of integrated product components; damage to the product for reasons other than transportation. Improper use of the product. In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, CARROZZERIA PEZZAIOLI SRL shall return the purchased product to the sender, with shipping costs payable by the customer.

10) AFTER-SALES SERVICE
If customers do not receive their ordered goods, if they are not satisfied with the service provided or even if they would simply like to receive information on the products for sale, they can contact CARROZZERIA PEZZAIOLI SRL by filling out the form in the contact section of the website.
It is always necessary to provide the order number and the codes that identify the individual products.
